Eclipse Sound Studio is located at a small village called Philippine

near the Belgian border not far from Antwerpen and Gent and in between

Sas van Gent and Terneuzen .

 Now with the new tunnel under the Westerschelde

the studio is more easy to reach. From Vlissingen to Philippine is only a 45 minute drive and from Goes only an 30 minute drive

 

In the early days of Philippine, there was a small harbour where fisherman unloaded there fish and mussels where they been transported to tradesman.

 

Now days Philippine is very known about their mussels and the restaurants witch you find here a lot each of them with their own specialty.

When the mussel season starts people from all over come here to eat eel, fish, and of course mussels but you also can go to the local pubs, bakery, food store or have a haircut

And if you want to have a walk, you can go to the local park and you can stretch your legs and have a walk there, or you can you sit down on benches they have put there and enjoy the nature.
If you arrive at Phillipine you arrive at the old part of our village where you have on the right a public place where in summertime allot is going on, like brassbands playing or other festivity's are going on. On the left side of the street you will find a restaurant/cafe where they make allot of nice recipes to eat and during the season of course mussels. If you drive into this street to the end of it, you wind up at Eclipse Sound Studios.

On the end of the street above, you will see the house where Eclipse Sound Studios is located at, where every body will receive a warm welcome and a drink.
